Interesting but that definition of "TERROR" can be pesky. If I had to guess, I'd bet an Iraqi, Afghan, or Syrian kid would think a bomb falling out of the sky and killing his parents was an act of terror too. What about Israeli settlers setting a Palestinian kid's house on fire?
