Employers of Reddit, what jobs are you finding to be impossible to fill? : AskReddit:

This from way down the link above pretty much sums it up.

If you can't find someone to fill a position, it means:

• the job is shit
• the working conditions are shit
• the hours are shit
• the pay is shit
• the system is shit.....

I'd add "the benefits are shit".

If the job you're offering hits two or more of the above you are going to have a hard time finding and keeping workers. People just can't survive on a job that crappy. No one should have to.

Of course our corporate overlords don't really care how the little people get by as long as the corporate coffers are filled.
