This from way down the link above pretty much sums it up.
If you can't find someone to fill a position, it means:I'd add "the benefits are shit".
- the job is shit
- the working conditions are shit
- the hours are shit
- the pay is shit
- the system is shit.....
If the job you're offering hits two or more of the above you are going to have a hard time finding and keeping workers. People just can't survive on a job that crappy. No one should have to.
Of course our corporate overlords don't really care how the little people get by as long as the corporate coffers are filled.
