This has been out there for a while but Trump really does seem to heavily influenced, almost captured, by those around him at any given time. whether rich, powerful, Republican, Democrat, American or foreign, those around him at any moment instantly become trusted friends and confidants, that is until the next person arrives. I think his comments after meetings with Xi and Putin really show this. It'll be interesting to hear what he says after meeting Duterte.
Sadly, the only regulars in his circle are his family and Fox News which is terrifying.
