Stupid fucking idiot #2 .... Passes me on a blind curve, double-yellow line at about 65 mph, with a car coming at us. Again, I had to slow down hard to let the stupid fucker back in our lane.

SFI #1 also had a handicap plate? I guess it could be the same person. About the same place and time but it was a different car. SFI #1 was a darker red GM product (I Think).
