I'd agree Evan doesn't live in Indiana. My test is where his kids go to school and it ain't Indiana. But that doesn't matter to Evan, he's US royalty who can live where he wants and still be the Duke of Indiana. Both parties do this shit though, they look around for a race they might win, find a DC-Corporate insider with some connection to the area, and send them back to represent their lobbyist's interests the people. Hell, Evan's replacement, Dan Coats, moved from DC to Indiana to take Evans place. Do you think he's working for the people of Indiana?
