In the last couple of years, Washington has tried to earmark a bigger chunk of its aid to Pakistan for civilian projects that would engender goodwill with the country’s intensely anti-American populace. The latest polling suggests the step-up in aid isn’t doing any good.Do you think maybe all those [Drone Strikes] might be pissing them off?
