Downward Spiral

COME ON, JUST THE TIP | Gin and Tacos:

I see businesses killing themselves this way too. Finding the cheapest answer to every problem. The bottom line is shrinking? No problem, let's hire the cheapest employees we can. Not the best or most productive. The cheapest. Eventually we'll find someone who can't do the job and our customers will leave us. Or we can cheapen our product, eventually we'll make it so cheap it won't function and our customers will leave us.

"What it costs" is not the most important thing. The value you get for what you pay is important. You get what you pay for.
