We give Israel about 3 billion per year, mostly military stuff that they use to piss-off their neighbors. Then we give their neighbors, or at least their neighbor's military leaders, a billion or two, again usually military stuff, to play nice with Israel. Then Israel wants even more, you know,... to protect themselves from the additional weapons that our aid supplied to their pissed-off neighbors.
WTF? Let's give Detroit 3 billion a year instead of Israel.
