Syria's Gas Attack

Many think this is a false flag to get the US to offer even more support to the rebels since Obama made the remark that use of chemical weapons would cross a line that would force the US to get more actively involved.

This story may be designed  to force Obama's hand but this (below) make me think it's not about convincing the US government to act, we're already involved and it looks like we're preparing for more, but it's (the gas attack story) about convincing the US masses and the rest of the world that US intervention is needed.
