New access to professional private arms, McFate further argues, has cut into the traditional states’ monopoly on force, and hastened the dawn of this new era."
So how long will it be before a Goldman-Sachs, Exxon Mobile or some Sheldon Adelson type declares war on a foreign country? My guess is that as long as the multi-national elite control western governments it won't happen but, if those pesky "people" ever wrest control of their governments back from the elite then watch out.
