The propagandists at Fox are top-notch.
A right-winger gets caught trying to scam the WP and Fox turns out a "phony allegations" headline which will help cement "phony allegations against Roy Moore" in the minds of the Fox watchers.
They're telling the truth but lying to you at the same time. How to Detect When People Are Using the Truth to Lie to You
For the real story see this: WP - James O’Keefe
The short story is..
O'Keefe, a right-wing, Fox News hero, was trying to embarrass the WP by setting up a phony scam. Had he succeeded, Fox and every other right-wing news outlet, would have been running "Mainstream Media WP publishes fake news" or "they're out to get Moore" type headlines. But, O'Keefe's effort was pretty weak, the WP figured it out and exposed him.
Still, Fox News watchers will never know. They'll see the headline and just assume it's more of the same phony allegations against their man, hell, even the WP says "phony".
I'm not sure the US democracy can survive Fox.

Hullabaloo notes a change in how many people believe the allegations are false.

UPDATE:
Hullabaloo notes a change in how many people believe the allegations are false.
"The number of Trump supporters who believe the assault allegations to be true has decreased substantially, helping to prop Moore up. Ten days ago, 16 percent of Trump supporters believed the women, compared with 51 percent who didn’t. Today, just 9 percent say they believe them, while 63 percent believe the women to be lying. "Propaganda works!
