Here the headline on the article is good though the link on the front page doesn't mention New York by name, they just can't have "handled properly" and "New York" on the front page.

The article itself isn't great as it spends three paragraphs bashing Cuomo and has a comment that makes it sound as if the whole country has been following Fauci's instructions but it just isn't working.
