A book review: Rethinking the Press in an Era of Distrust is worth reading (i haven't read the book) but....
The book is on how the media should change to handle Trump-like bullshitters who manipulate them but it looks to me like the real issue is that Fox and and other conservative media aren't playing by any normal media rules. Almost every line Trump used against the media had been hammered into the cult's head for years by Fox and the other conservative media.
The major news outlets are using a knife in a gunfight.
