John Bolton

I can see the the FBI's search of John Bolton's home being a turning point in the media's relationship with Trump.

First off, I hate John Bolton.  He's a war mongering bastard who should be banished to some hell-hole third world country for the rest of his life 

but ... The US media elite love him. For that last 20 years or so he's been a regular on the major news outlets. I assume he has a lot of wealthy and powerful friends in high places throughout the US.

The US media has an odd sort of hands off relations with Trump. They point out some of his BS but mostly they just report what the administration does in a sort of sterile, middle of the road way. Never really calling out the fascist crap.

The FBI search of one of their favorites, seemingly for being anti-Trump, could possibly put a little fear into our media types and maybe change their attitude toward and reporting of  the village idiot.   

We'll see. I don't see a lot of balls in our corporate media but to attack John Bolton, one of them, like this ... well, it could shake things up a little.
